Right of Cancellation - Consumer Protection Regulations 2000
Ecos Paints offer a bespoke supply service and all products are completed only when ordered. The order cannot normally therefore be cancelled once produced but, if in doubt, please call to discuss your requirements. To maintain accountability and GUARANTEE purity ECOS will only sell NEW products, therefore, once despatched, returns are not normally accepted. If kept frost-free & ambient we will guarantee any unopened products for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to order the quantity, colour & type of products appropriate to their needs; any advice given by us is given in good faith & to the best of our ability, but we will not be held liable for any losses, errors, or omissions. Please check the colour prior to use as we will not be liable for decorating caused as a result of an incorrect colour being applied. Consequential Losses - our limit of liability extends only to the value of the products. Shortages or damage must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. Any items accepted for return are subject to 25% restocking fee.
The placing of an order is taken as agreement to these terms and consent to proceed. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights.
